Rental Policy

Check-In: When you arrive at Marina Sol you will already be checked in, but if you are driving a vehicle you will need to register the license number of the vehicle with the concierge. Your condo will be ready at 2:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date. Please wait until then as unit is being cleaned, unless advised otherwise.

Cancellation and Change Policy: Cancellations can be made with a 60+ days’ notice prior to arrival. Refund of deposit will be made with sufficient notice 60+ days. Reservations cancelled without adequate notice (60 days) or no show will result full forfeiture of monies paid and becomes the property of Cabo Leisure Vacation Condos There are no refunds for early departure. If forfeiture of monies paid occurs, it is final and the monies paid becomes the property of Cabo Leisure Vacation Condos.

Monthly rental cancellation policy: Cancellation can be made with a full refund with a 90 day notice prior to arrival date. Cancellation after the 90 day prior period results in forfeiture of of monies paid to Cabo Leisure Vacation Condos.

Pricing:
 
–   A 25% Deposit is required.
–  16% Sales Tax and 3% Lodging Tax is applied to all rentals.
–  A one-time check in fee of $35.00
–  A one-time cleaning fee of $35.00
–  Additional or daily cleaning can be provided at a charge of $20.00 usd per day with prior arrangements. Laundry is an extra charge.

Monthly Rental:
 
1 Month is considered as 28 days.
 
After the first month all subsequent months or partial months will be calculated on a weekly rate (i.e. 1 week = first month’s rent divided by 4).

On monthly rentals there will be a charge for Utilities of $100.00 usd per month.

A free weekly cleaning will be provided on all monthly rentals.

Changes:  Amenities (pools, hot tubs, etc.) and availability are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be made for unavailable amenities.

Maintenance:  Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good repair. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances or common area pools, hot tubs, elevators, and any other common area amenities, infrastructure or equipment

Occupancy:  The number of guests, including children, is limited to the sleeping capacity indicated.

Exceptions may be made for children under the age of 2.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent. Underage individuals are not permitted to rent. Person checking in must be the person who is renting the unit. Any reservations obtained under false pretense may be subject to loss of deposit and/or rent. Guests under the age of 25 must have direct adult supervision at all times when on rental premises. No loud parties, loud gatherings or illegal activities are allowed. Absolutely no unit will be rented to vacationing students who are not accompanied by parent or guardian of age. Parent must be actually staying in the unit with the students the entire length of the reservation.

Smoking Policy: All condos are NON-SMOKING. Any evidence of smoking inside the condo can be cause of forfeiture of the deposit. Smoking is allowed on the balcony with proper disposal of butts. Please do not throw them off balcony.

Pet Policy: Marina Sol HOA does not allow guests to bring pets. Only Owners are allowed to have pets at the property. A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises will cause forfeiture of entire rent, deposit and immediate eviction.

Providing a Family Environment: A family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of other guests must be maintained.  No sororities, fraternities, school or civic groups are allowed. No house parties allowed. Violations will cause forfeiture of entire rent, deposit and immediate eviction.

Parking: Parking for guests is only allowed along the side of the main building. Only owners are allowed to park in front of the main building or in the underground parking lot. Marina Sol HOA cannot guarantee available parking space during the peak season. Marina Sol HOA will not assume responsible for your vehicle while on Marina Sol HOA property. We strive to provide you a secure location, we assume no responsibility and you are responsible for you vehicle.

Management: Our properties are privately owned. We or our designated representative reserve the right to enter the premises at any time for the purpose of inspection or repair.

Liability: By renting this property you are assuming all risk of and liability for any damage done to person or property, agents, employees, or visitors occasioned by the present or future condition of the premises both latent and manifest.  We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Your Responsibilities: Before departure, please leave the property reasonably clean, kitchen items clean and returned to their proper places, and trash disposed of in the proper outside containers, which are on the side of the main building.

Check out time: is 11:00 AM. Please be respectful of this time as it allows our maids to clean before the next guest arrives. If you have a late flight, arrangements can be made to safely store your luggage until your flight time.
 
Subletting: Subletting of any property owned or managed by Cabo Leisure Vacation Rentals is strictly prohibited.

General Information: Here is some general information to help your stay at Marina Sol be as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Please don’t hang towels or clothing over the balcony wall, if you must hang anything outside to dry please use the patio furniture instead. No glass containers allowed in the Pool area.

There are no lifeguards at pools, so please watch your children!

Recycling is encouraged at Marina Sol.
