Rick was a very kind and responsive host; however, the condo itself was old and needs upgrading. The A/C was not central and very noisy. The couches were stained and dirty. The walls were very thin, and the guest bedroom could hear everything outside making it difficult to sleep there. Several times I had to contact Rick to repair something in the condo (toilet, sink, etc). That being said, the location was prime (5 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the marina, next to great restaurants) and the amenities were great (nice pool and game room). Also, the front desk were nice and helpful.

El departamento esta amplio, tiene terrazas en las que puedes salir a desayunar, tiene mesa de jardín, dos asadores y por dentro la cocina esta equipada con todo lo necesario cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, micro, refri, etc. Los baños limpios sólo el mobiliario esta estilo rústico mexicano y queda cerca de la playa. Hay cercaun mcdonal oxo y bancos :D
