Enjoy Your Vacation In This Pleasing Condominium!
This very pleasing Condominium, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 4 guests with a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the Living room. There is a full bathroom with a hairdryer. A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs. Entertainment is provided by a Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room, with many channels to choose from or you may want to relax on the patio and watch some of the gorgeous sunsets over Cabo. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room will keep you comfortable during the warm summer nights, eat inside or Dine at the ‘Three Amigas Cantina” pool side restaurant and bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, at very reasonable prices. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby, you will find a beautiful Nail Bar & Spa, Serrano’s Bar and General Store. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Marina Sol consists of five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar, or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.
If you prefer the beach, a two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.
This condo is located on the fourth floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside. For your Laundry convenience there is a 3-machine coin/op Washer and Dryer located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings
If you drive there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

el departamento es cómodo, es lo que nos ofrecieron, no la pasamos a gusto, cuenta con accesorios para la playa, nos recibieron con un excelente detalle, las instalaciones del condominio están excelentes (la alberca, el jacuzzi, el bar, el lobby) el personal muy amable y Rick muy atento. cuando viaje otra vez a los cabos, volvería hospedarme aquí.
Probably the nicest area of Cabo where these fabulous apartments are . Everything is enjoyable , the best pool , the best position away from the clubs and bars , all the staff were so friendly and happy giving the whole property a relaxing and chilled feeling , you will enjoy it .
Unit A-404 at Marina Sol met our needs as far as appliances, general comfort and proximity to Playa Medano, an excellent beach on Mar de Cortez (Sea of Cortez), and some excellent yet moderately priced restaurants less than 5 minutes walking distance. The poolside restaurant at Marina Sol was quite good, and also reasonably priced. Service there was excellent! Lobby staff were great as well. Check-in was fast and easy. When we booked, we didn’t check closely enough into the “view from the room” or the bed size. “City view” would have been fine, but it included a rather unsightly dump site across the street for discarded items such as a refrigerator and building supplies. We recognize that neither the owner nor Marina Sol might not be able to fix that --- not their property. So, we didn’t enjoy sitting on the deck. We have a king bed at home and the queen bed, while comfortable, didn’t totally meet our needs. The unit was spotlessly clean, and the refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and toaster were in excellent condition and worked well. More than sufficient supplies of paper products. The sofa, chair and metal barstools weren’t very comfortable for us, but they very well could be for others. There was one loose floor tile in the kitchen area, but didn’t cause any issues for us. There were more than enough kitchen utensils to prepare any sort of meal, although we limited ourselves to breakfast and some lunches. Both bedroom and living room Air Conditioning units worked very well, cooling the rooms very quickly; we turned them off during the day due to very expensive electricity in Los Cabos. But we could not figure out how to reduce the A/C fan speed in the living room. Might need some maintenance on that unit. The transportation to / from the airport recommended by Rick (the unit owner) was superb. On time, friendly, bi-lingual and safe drivers, and on the inbound trip, our driver stopped for over 40 minutes while we bought some groceries at Fresko. As far as cost, well you could spend far, far more at one of the major resorts along the Sea of Cortez. So, value for the money spent was very good. Bottom line, on a future visit to Marina Sol, we would seek a unit with a king bed and pool view, and one that had a more recent interior upgrade. However, Unit A-404 "worked," and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Los Cabos.
