This exquisite unique 2-bedroom condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 6 guests, having a King bed in the master bedroom and two Queen beds in the second bedroom. There are two full nicely appointed bathrooms, both with hair dryers. This unique condo has access to the patio from both bedrooms, so when you get up in the morning you can walk straight onto the patio to enjoy your first cup of coffee. A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs, eat at the dining table or Bar-B-Que on the spacious patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Tres Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keeps you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a Large Flat Screen TV in the living room with many channels to choose from and Flat Screen TV,’s in both bedrooms. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (300 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby, you will find a beautiful ‘Nail Bar & Spa’, ‘Serrano’s Bar’ and a ‘General Store’. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.
If you prefer the beach a two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find yourself in the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world.
Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk. This condo is on the fourth floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside. For your laundry requirements, located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a 3-machine coin op self-service laundry.
For you drivers, there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

Rick was very communicative throughout our entire process. All responses were very prompt. He was extremely helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport as well as shopping on our way to the condo. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. We couldn’t have asked for more. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to be close to town and the beach. The complex has a nice pool, pool table, ping pong table etc in the club house. Everything is very well maintained. Thank you very much Rick for allowing us into your home.
This place was clean a much larger than I imagined. The balcony overlooks the courtyard and pool. The workers at this complex are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a new Walmart and Selecto super market one block away. A huge plus to go get groceries or anything you left at home. Within walking distance of the beach and marina.
We had a great stay. Julian met us in the parking lot with a parking tag and helped us up with our bags. He showed us around the condo and how everything worked. We had a couple of issues we noticed after the first night. We messaged Rick, and he took care of them the next day. Daily maid service is great and the location is awesome. It’s close to everything (beach, mall, marina, downtown, and it’s RIGHT next to Walmart which was nice for groceries, sunscreen, etc). Only thing I’d emphasize is it’s NOT on the beach. We had selected beachfront in our filter and this location came up. It’s about a 7-10 minute walk from the beach. That being said, there is a great pool on the property, and we really enjoyed the Tres Amigas Cantina (on-site restaurant). It was a great value, and we will be staying here next time we come to Cabo.
