This beautiful and very spacious Penthouse condo with Vaulted ceilings, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina can sleep up to six guests, having a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a day bed in the glassed-in patio. The Kitchen is equipped to meet all your cooking requirements, eat at the large dining table that seats 6 or Bar-B-Que on the spacious wrap around patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Tres Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keep you cool during the warm summer evenings. In the Lobby of the main lobby, you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a General Store.
