This beautiful remodeled 3-bedroom 1737 square foot Penthouse condo with Vaulted ceilings, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina can sleep 6 guests, having 3 bedrooms (a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom and 2 Twins in the third bedroom), there are 2 well-appointed full bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped to meet all your cooking needs. A large dining table seats 6. Bar-B-Que on the large wrap around patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Tres Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keeps you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a Large Flat Screen TV in the living room and Flat Screen TV's in both bedrooms, Netflix is available on all 3 TV's. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby of the main building you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas.
Marina Sol consists of five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar, or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.
A two minute walk and you are on the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk from Marina Sol.
For your laundry needs there is a large washer and dryer in the condo’s laundry room.
If you are driving, there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

Comfortable condo. Walking distance to the beaches, marina, and the supermarket. A little loud in the evenings from surrounding bars, but after the first night the kids were too tired from the sun to worry about the noise. Lush grounds with a low key bar. Warm salt water was a hit.
Beautiful condo, we love the Marina Sol. Best location for waking to Marina.
Rick place was clean spacious and well supplied. My only complaint is that the kitchen faucet needs some work and shower heads need hard water deposits cleaned.
Such a gem of a condo in sunny Cabo!! Highly recommend staying here. The complex is lively enough to have fun at the pool but quit enough for those who aren’t wanting resort level busy. Rick’s place is great! High ceilings and all the amenities. Walking distance to everything. We didn’t take a single Uber this week! 😊
