Rules For Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi And Adjoining Areas

Preferential use of the swimming pool is reserved for Homeowners and guests. The number of guests for each Homeowner may not exceed six, and they must be accompanied at all times by their host. The BOARD OF DIRECTORS may authorize a greater number upon a request in writing from the interested party.

Renters and guest and members of their households shall also be entitled to use the pool and adjoining area, subject to the provisions in the foregoing section.

Use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi shall be at the user’s own risk. Management will not provide any guards or assume responsibility whatsoever of any nature. Children under 12 (twelve) years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult older than 18 years old as defined in Mexican Law.

The schedule allowed for use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi shall be from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M., except on days when maintenance and cleaning are required. (November 2014)

It shall be strictly forbidden to bring glass or ceramic objects, or objects of any other breakable material, into the pool or the area adjacent to it.

Rafts or similar inflatable objects larger than 1.80 meters x 0.60 meters (6 feet x 3 feet) shall not be allowed.

Nor shall water polo or other team sports be allowed in the pool.

The playing of group games such as football, soccer, baseball, basketball, or any other as may represent a risk of bumping into other users shall be forbidden in the green area adjacent to the pool. Croquet will be allowed.

Nor shall bicycles, motorcycles, surfboards or similar equipment be allowed. Wheelchairs will be allowed.

It shall be strictly forbidden to bring any object into the Jacuzzi.

No wrist bands will be ever used at Marina Sol to identify the renters. (November 2014)

Laundry Facilities Rules

The laundry room shall be in operation from 7:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. It shall be reserved for the use of the Homeowners and guests.

All Homeowners and guests who use these services shall be responsible for proper use and care of the equipment. The BOARD OF DIRECTORS will not be held liable for any damage as may be caused to the users’ clothing.

Garbage Handling And Bins

Garbage shall be placed in the bins designated therefore, in properly closed plastic bags.
